Contact Us
You can reach 95glaxy's Live Chat support in Myanmar language directly. Players can ask questions in Myanmar and staff will respond immediately. Payment, account, and bonus questions can all be handled in Myanmar language, so there's no language barrier.
95glaxy offers only two support channels — 24-hour Live Chat directly on the website, and email to [email protected]. We do not provide support via Telegram, Viber, Messenger, or phone number, so please contact us through these two channels only.
When reaching out, having your account username, transaction reference number (for deposit/withdrawal issues), the Myanmar Standard Time (MMT) when the issue occurred, and details of the problem ready in advance will help our staff assist you faster. If you also have a screenshot, it can significantly reduce the time needed to resolve the issue.
Live Chat is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. There are no closed days, so you can contact us at any time including Myanmar local hours. There are no restrictions for 2 AM or 6 AM — staff are ready and responding.
Account & Registration
Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, then verify your identity with your registered phone number or personal details to set a new password. If that doesn't resolve it, Live Chat will assist you and reset it after verifying ownership of the account.
The main reasons for login failure are — incorrect password, account temporarily suspended, browser cache issues, or a poor internet connection. First try reopening your browser and clearing the cache. If it's still not resolved after 2 to 3 attempts, contact Live Chat.
To register, you need a Myanmar phone number, a few personal details, and agreement that you are 21+ years of age. Fill in the Sign Up form on the site and your account can be opened in a short time. If you're unsure about any step, Live Chat will guide you.
Your password should be at least 8 characters long, and we recommend combining letters, numbers, and special characters for stronger security. Avoid using your name, date of birth, or phone number as a password — these make it much easier for third parties to gain access.
Each player is allowed to open one account only. Opening multiple accounts by one person violates the platform's Terms and Conditions and may result in loss of bonuses and deposited funds. Only open one account that matches the phone number you use.
Sports Betting
Yes. Both In-Play / Live Betting during a match and Pre-Match Betting before a match starts are available. In Live Betting, goal rates, corner kicks, and odds change in real time throughout the match, so quick decisions that match the flow of the game are needed.
Bet settlement is based on the 90-minute full-time result (Extra Time does not count for standard bets). If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, a Void (refund) is processed in accordance with the platform's Terms and Conditions. Contact Live Chat if you have any issues.
Handicap odds are a betting format where the stronger team is given a goal deficit to level the playing field. For example — if Team A is given a -1.5 goal handicap, Team A must win by 2 or more goals for the bet to pay out. This format is also known as Asian Handicap and is a widely used betting format among Myanmar players.
Accumulator (Acca) means combining multiple matches into a single Bet Slip. You must win every match to collect, and the payout is higher as a result. Losing just one match loses the entire slip, so if you plan to play Acca, make budget management your priority.
EPL (English Premier League) and MNL (Myanmar National League) matches are available in the football section, where you can bet on 1X2, Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, and Handicap markets. Odds are offered for every match both before kick-off in the Pre-Match period and during the game in Live.

Yes. 95glaxy's withdrawal service runs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with no night-time restrictions. Valid withdrawal requests are handled all week and are normally completed within one hour.
Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the Wagering Requirement is met. The Wagering Requirement for the Welcome Bonus is the bonus amount × 25. For example — if you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 30,000 × 25 = 750,000 Ks before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Your own deposited funds in the balance can be withdrawn separately at any time.
Yes. For security and financial policy reasons, the name registered on your Account must match the name on the payment method used for withdrawal. If they do not match, your withdrawal may be rejected, so please use only KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay accounts registered in your own name.
Baccarat and Table Games
Dragon Tiger is a simple Live Casino card game. One card is dealt to the Dragon side and one to the Tiger side, and you predict which side will have the higher card. It has the fastest round time of any table game and is very popular among Myanmar players. You can also bet on a Tie.
In Roulette, you place a bet on the number, colour (red / black), odd/even, or number range where the ball will land, then the wheel spins to reveal the result. You can play a single Simple Bet or multiple bet types at once in the same round. In Live Roulette you play with a Real Dealer, giving you the feel of a real casino.
Yes. 95glaxy's Live Casino can be accessed directly through the browser on Android and iOS phones — no app download needed. Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, and Sic Bo run smoothly on mobile, and a larger screen makes for a more comfortable experience.
In Live Dealer games, a Real Human Dealer runs the game via Video Live Stream from a studio. You place bets on screen and can interact with the Dealer via Chat. Because it is run by a human rather than a Random Number Generator (RNG), players say it gives the feel of a real land-based casino.
95glaxy's Live Casino table games offer a range of Table Limits to suit every player. From low-stake tables for steady, comfortable play up to high-level VIP Tables, there is something for both beginners and experienced players. When you enter, the Limit for each table is displayed directly on screen.
