95glaxy Terms & Conditions — Rules for Using Our Services
This page sets out the full terms and conditions for players using the 95glaxy platform. Please read these carefully before continuing to use our services.
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between players ("Users") who use the 95glaxy platform and all related services, and the operator of the platform ("Company"). By registering an account on 95glaxy or continuing to use the services, you confirm that you fully accept and agree to all terms in this Agreement.

The following terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows—

- "Platform" refers to 95glaxy's website, mobile app, and related services.
- "User" refers to a person who has registered an account on the Platform.
- "Service" refers to all services including prepaid betting, Live Casino, Slots, and football betting.
- "Bonus" refers to reward money or Free Credit given to a User by the Company according to specified conditions.
Legal Use
Users are responsible for verifying that their use complies with the laws of their country of residence. Any use from a jurisdiction where such activity is not permitted is the sole responsibility of the User, not the Platform.
Account Registration
One Account Per Person
Each User may only open one account on 95glaxy. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, or payment account is strictly prohibited. Both the old and new accounts found in violation may be closed immediately.
Accurate Information
The name, date of birth, and contact details provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Accounts registered with false information will not be processed for payments and any disputes will not be entertained.
Account Security
Use your account by yourself only and do not share your login credentials or password with anyone. The Platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from sharing your account. If you suspect that your account is being used by someone else, change your password immediately and notify us at [email protected].
Age Restriction
95glaxy's services are available to users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use the service in any way. The Company may conduct Identity Verification (KYC) at any time, and accounts that cannot provide supporting documents will not receive withdrawals and may be closed. Underage access will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Methods
The payment methods accepted on the Platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The Company may change, add, or remove these methods without prior notice.
Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount
- Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (same for all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks (same for all methods)
Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are normally processed within 1 hour.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account provided at the time of registration. Transfers to a different account name will not be processed. Deposited funds (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn at any time, but bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the Wagering Requirement has been met.
KYC Verification
The Company may carry out User Identity Verification for large amounts or based on a Risk Management decision. Withdrawals will not be processed until this verification is complete.
Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
For first-time depositors at 95glaxy, enjoy a 150% welcome bonus — up to 100,000 Ks. The bonus can only be withdrawn after completing a bonus amount × 25x wagering requirement.
Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and get a 30,000 Ks bonus, making your balance 50,000 Ks; wagering required: 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks. Deposit 140,000 Ks and get a 100,000 Ks bonus, making your balance 240,000 Ks; wagering required: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks.
Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash.
- Wagering contribution rates may vary depending on the game type played (see the promotions page for details).
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period from the time the bonus is claimed, the bonus and any related funds may be cancelled.
Other Promotions
VIP cashback rates, Refer A Friend commissions, and other promotions are governed by the terms on their respective pages. The company may modify or remove promotions at any time without prior notice.
Game Rules
Fair Play
Games on 95glaxy use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted by any player, and the company cannot alter them in advance.
Confirmation of Game Results
Only the transaction record issued after a game round is completed is considered the official record. Player screenshots are not accepted as valid proof.
Technical Issues
Any irregular game results caused by server errors, network interference, or third-party software faults will be determined using the company's server logs. Payouts may be suspended during the initial investigation.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform—
- Using bots or automation tools
- Bonus abuse — intentionally changing playing patterns with the sole aim of exploiting bonuses
- Deposits linked to money laundering
- Using your play time to carry out cyber attacks
- Depositing with stolen cards or unauthorised payment methods
- Collusion — players secretly cooperating during gameplay
- Opening an account while impersonating another person's identity
If a breach of these terms is found, the company may close the account and remove related funds without prior warning, and may take legal action if necessary.
Privacy Protection

Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for losses suffered by users due to the following—
- Natural disasters, international cyber attacks, or other circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)
- Losses resulting from the user's own careless handling of their password
- Issues with third-party payment services
- Game interruptions caused by game provider server problems
- Access from a jurisdiction where use of the platform is unlawful
The platform provides its service "as is" and does not guarantee or commit to any specific uptime.
Amendment of Terms
The company may amend any part of this agreement at any time. Amendments take effect immediately from the date they are published on this page. Continuing to use the platform after any amendment means you accept the updated terms. You will be notified of amendments by email to your registered address or by a notification on the platform.
Account Closure and Suspension
Closure by the User
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any bonus with an unmet Wagering Requirement will be forfeited at the time of closure, and any remaining cash balance will be handled in accordance with our policy.
Suspension by the Company
If a breach of this agreement is found, the company has the right to close the account immediately without prior notice. Temporary suspensions may occur due to routine Risk Reviews, during which you can contact us via Live Chat.
Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming
Users experiencing problems related to gambling may request self-control measures through our Responsible Gaming service. This agreement fully supports such restrictions.

Dispute Resolution
